The initial consultation is typically 60-90 minutes in length. During this visit, Yvonne Stiles will go through your medical history, specific concerns, and health goals. She will perform a complaint-oriented physical exam and recommend urine and/or blood tests where indicated. Treatment recommendations for your naturopathic care will begin at this visit.
We ask that have your intake forms completed prior to the visit. Please bring in the actual bottles of any medication/supplements you are currently taking, and, if possible, a copy of your most recent bloodwork.
